Students who are interested in learning to play an instrument are encouraged to join our orchestra program. Our orchestra program is available to students in kindergarten through 8th grade, with lessons offered before and after school. Orchestra members also have the opportunity to perform at our annual Christmas Music Program and Orchestra Recital in front of the SDS community.
A theater program is offered to students in 6th through 8th grade, and participating students perform an annual play every Spring at St. Patrick – St. Vincent High School. In preparation for the final show, students audition for roles in the play and attend rehearsals throughout the school year. Recent student plays include Peter Pan, The Lion King, and The Little Mermaid.
